Ana Gonzales bio
Ana Gonzalez de Jorgenson grew growing up in Mexico with a family that was devoted to music. The majority of her childhood listening to classic music, boleros from the past, classic ranchero or romantic tunes, as well older classical songs. Ana is passionate about the operas and tangos and all dramatic performances. When she was 16 years old, she started singing and studying the piano with her mom. Flavio, a Mexican famous tenor, started giving her a more intensive training in singing. She continued her musical training in the School of Music of Guadalajara University, then at the School of Sacred Music, Toluca. The singer performed throughout Guadalajara, Mexico City and different cities when she was a young student and professional. She was a member of the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus in the United States before moving to the southern part of California. She's a regular solo performer at private parties and events singing traditional Latin American Music. Ana is involved in a variety of local projects in both teaching and performer, because of her enthusiasm of music and art. Ana was a member of both the Community Chorus of Redlands and Inland Master Chorale. She is currently a teacher at the Performance Loft. Ana loves to sing classic Latin American songs and hopes to encourage other people to follow in her footsteps.
